This site has been optimized for 12 pt font. However,font size setting has been left up to the user, in order to ensure greater accessibility to those visually impaired. It may be adjusted using the buttons provided on the left hand side of the page or using the browser: look under "Preferences" in your browser's menu.

Some features in this site are dependent on Javascript (JS). To be able to use the side menu, the browser must be JS enabled. Otherwise, the menu will show horizontally across the top of the page. In addition, images on the right-hand side of the page will load randomly only if JS enabled. An attempt has been made to have this site work cross-browser. Unfortunately, success has not been complete: users of Opera in a Mac (or PC?) platform may need to disable JS: the JS submenus display at the edge of the page. Our apologies for that.
